Your analytical mindset allows you to build scalable sales planning processes, including pipeline modeling and performance forecasting. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, to create frameworks that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. You are adept at quota setting and incentive compensation, ensuring that sales teams are motivated and aligned with company goals. Your experience in territory design and account allocation enables you to optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with API platforms, is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM systems will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs. A strategic thinker, you are always looking for ways to improve processes and drive better sales outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Postman's global sales operating model, ensuring that it scales predictably and efficiently. You will be responsible for building and leading scalable sales planning processes, which include pipeline modeling, capacity planning, and performance forecasting. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success leadership to create the frameworks and insights necessary for sustained revenue growth. You will also analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
