Who you are
You have a strong background in software development and infrastructure engineering, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying scalable AI systems. Your expertise in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm allows you to create highly available and secure infrastructure for enterprise applications. You are comfortable engaging with customers, leading technical assessments, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions that meet business needs.
You possess deep technical knowledge in multi-agent systems and AI technologies, enabling you to architect solutions that solve real-world problems. Your experience with CI/CD pipelines ensures that you can implement best practices for deployment and operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Architect at LangChain, you will be responsible for designing and deploying production-grade AI infrastructure tailored to the needs of enterprise customers. You will lead the architecture of scalable, secure deployments, ensuring that they meet performance and reliability standards. Your role will involve working on Kubernetes cluster design, implementing Infrastructure as Code practices, and optimizing multi-region high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
You will also focus on agent engineering, designing multi-agent systems and implementing agent logic using modern frameworks. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimizing prompts through A/B testing to enhance system performance. You will engage directly with customers to assess their technical maturity and provide guidance on best practices for AI infrastructure.
