Who you are

You have 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in pre-sales for enterprise software. Your technical expertise includes at least 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js, as well as popular programming languages like Java, C++, and C#. You have a proven track record of designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to work closely with customers to review complex architectures and provide guidance is a key strength.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales executives to solve business problems and drive success for customers. Your experience in technical sales has equipped you with the skills to be a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprise IT organizations. You are passionate about technology and enjoy helping customers leverage solutions to meet their needs. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer requirements and are committed to ensuring their success.

Desirable

Experience with MongoDB or similar data platforms is a plus. Familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems architecture will enhance your ability to guide customers effectively. What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you will play a pivotal role in our Pre-Sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using our data platform.
