You have a strong background in technical architecture and customer engagement, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a solutions architect or similar role. You understand the nuances of both pre-sales and post-sales processes, and you excel at qualifying technical fits and designing future-state architectures. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

You are familiar with cloud infrastructure and have hands-on experience with platforms like AWS and Vercel. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams and technical staff ensures that customer needs are met throughout their lifecycle. You thrive in hybrid work environments and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

Experience with Next.js is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-native web technologies. You have a passion for helping customers succeed and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through technical solutions.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Vercel, you will partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery sessions, qualifying customer use cases and shaping solution strategies for key opportunities. You will design target architectures that align with customer goals and demonstrate how Vercel can unlock significant business value. In post-sales, you will act as a technical quarterback, guiding customers through the adoption process and ensuring they have the right resources at the right time.

You will engage with Professional Services and Developer Success teams as needed, helping to unblock customers and drive long-term success for critical AI and web workloads. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into future product developments. You will also be responsible for running evaluations and demonstrating Vercel's capabilities to potential customers.
