Who you are

You have 5 or more years of experience in technical, customer, or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Applied AI Engineer — you've successfully collaborated with partners to design and implement scalable technical solutions. Your strong Python skills enable you to build and deploy solutions on cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS. You have experience working with LLMs, RAG, agents, orchestration frameworks, or ML infrastructure, and you excel in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively partnering with external stakeholders on intricate technical projects. Your ability to gather feedback from partners and customers allows you to translate insights into actionable product and integration roadmaps. You are passionate about enabling partners through technical workshops and hands-on collaboration, ensuring they can leverage the full potential of agentic AI solutions.

Prior open-source contributions or experience in technical content creation would be a bonus, showcasing your commitment to the tech community and your ability to share knowledge effectively.

What you'll do

As the first Partner Solutions Architect at LangChain, you will play a pivotal role in defining how partners and enterprises adopt agentic AI. You will partner with cloud providers, system integrators, and ISVs to design and build innovative AI solutions that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include creating production-ready solutions, sample repositories, and reference architectures using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support partner integrations and solution design, ensuring that the technical aspects align with business objectives. By enabling partners through technical workshops and solution walkthroughs, you will foster strong relationships and facilitate the successful implementation of AI solutions.

Gathering feedback from partners and customers will be essential in your role, as you will translate this feedback into actionable insights that inform product and integration roadmaps. Your hands-on technical expertise will be crucial in building integrations and production-ready demos that showcase the capabilities of LangChain's offerings.
