What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their journey with Claude, from initial discovery to deployment. You will work closely with account executives to deeply understand customer requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. Your responsibilities will include designing innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges while adhering to Anthropic's high standards for safety and reliability.

You will guide customers through the evaluation process, helping them understand Claude's capabilities and how to integrate it into their existing technology stack. This involves developing evaluation frameworks and scalable architectures that maximize the value of AI systems. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development, enhancing the overall user experience.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to clients. You will participate in technical discussions and presentations, showcasing the benefits of Claude and how it can transform their operations. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this position.
