Who you are

You are an ambitious individual with a year of experience as a Business Development Representative or Account Executive in an early-stage cloud or software environment. You have a keen interest in the intersection of biology and technology, and you are eager to contribute to the growth of a pioneering software platform in the life sciences sector. Your ability to refine ideal customer profiles and orchestrate account-based marketing campaigns will be crucial in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to work closely with product and sales teams to drive predictable lead generation.

What you'll do

In your role as an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating predictable lead generation strategies that are essential for an effective sales machine. You will refine the ideal customer profile alongside the product and sales teams, ensuring that outreach campaigns are tailored to meet the needs of potential clients. Your responsibilities will include writing and refining messaging based on outreach data, navigating responses from leads to warm them up for qualification meetings, and booking demos to facilitate hot-handoffs to Account Executives for closing opportunities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel frequently to life sciences conferences around the world, expanding your network and promoting LatchBio's innovative solutions.
