You value continuous improvement and invest in both technical excellence and people development. You understand the importance of collaboration across departments, particularly with stakeholders in Revenue, Engineering, and Operations. Desirable
Experience in eCommerce or financial technology is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and performance optimization. You are comfortable working with data analytics and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement in business processes.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems, you will lead the Business Systems team, focusing on designing and delivering scalable solutions that enhance the efficiency of Affirm's Revenue teams. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
You will be responsible for managing multi-quarter roadmaps that support the rapidly scaling business, driving adoption of new systems and processes. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing performance and ensuring that the team delivers value-added solutions that connect merchants and consumers through Affirm's products.
