You have a proven track record in sales development, with experience leading teams and driving performance metrics. Your ability to coach and elevate team members is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to implement effective outbound strategies that align with business goals. You are data-driven, using analytics to identify gaps and continuously improve team performance. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure messaging and campaigns are operationalized effectively.
You are comfortable with AI tools and understand how to leverage technology to optimize outreach and increase pipeline efficiency. Your experience in recruiting and developing top talent ensures that your team is equipped to meet the demands of the enterprise segment. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
What you'll do
As the Sales Development Manager, you will lead and develop the Enterprise Outbound SDR team, focusing on coaching and supporting your team using performance metrics to deliver feedback and improve conversion rates. You will implement AI tooling and signal-based plays to scale SDR outreach and enhance pipeline efficiency. Your role will involve defining and scaling outbound strategies that generate qualified opportunities, contributing to revenue goals within the Enterprise Acquisition Segment.
You will partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and the Enablement Team to align on messaging, onboarding, and continuous enablement for SDRs. Your responsibilities will also include hiring, onboarding, and developing top SDR talent, creating repeatable coaching motions that elevate individual and team results. You will own outcomes across activity, conversion, and pipeline generation, using data to identify gaps and remove blockers.
