Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on growth strategies and developer-centric products. Your background includes leading cross-functional teams and driving product vision through market analysis and customer insights. You excel at translating complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating product goals and collaborating effectively with engineering, marketing, and design teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives that align with business objectives. You are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and understand the importance of integrating feedback into the product development process.
Desirable
Experience in the software development industry is a plus, particularly with feature flagging or similar technologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in working with developer tools or platforms will be beneficial as you drive the adoption of LaunchDarkly's offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product management efforts for the LaunchDarkly Foundation business, focusing on optimizing the developer experience and driving growth. You will conduct in-depth market research and customer discovery to identify strategic opportunities for product development. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to scope and deliver high-impact initiatives that enhance the product's value proposition. Additionally, you will partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the benefits of LaunchDarkly's solutions to potential customers. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on the product based on user feedback and market trends.
