Who you are
You have a strategic mindset and a detail-oriented approach, with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or a related field. Your expertise in optimizing recruiting systems and processes has enabled organizations to enhance their hiring efficiency and candidate experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with People Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance across platforms. Your strong analytical skills allow you to build and maintain reporting dashboards that track team performance and hiring progress, providing actionable insights to leadership.
You are adept at managing vendor relationships and have experience evaluating and implementing recruiting technology tools. Your project management skills enable you to lead initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope. You understand the importance of a candidate-centric approach and are committed to creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Desirable
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable navigating compliance requirements and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and optimize all recruiting systems, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. You will design and implement talent acquisition processes that enhance the speed, quality, and consistency of hiring across the organization. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining reporting dashboards to track team performance and hiring metrics, providing insights and recommendations to talent acquisition leadership.
You will collaborate closely with People Operations, HRIS, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure integration and compliance across all platforms and processes. Leading and executing talent acquisition operations projects, such as systems migrations and vendor evaluations, will be a key part of your role. You will manage relationships with recruiting technology vendors, ensuring that the tools used align with the organization's goals and enhance the overall recruiting process.
