What you'll do

In this role, you will own the analytics framework that supports Laurel’s AI Time platform — you will design and implement data pipelines that facilitate the collection and analysis of time data, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators and metrics that measure the success of our AI models.

You will be responsible for translating model performance into business impact — this involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on models to improve accuracy and relevance. Your insights will guide product development and strategic decisions, helping to optimize our offerings for clients.

You will mentor junior data scientists and analysts, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. Your leadership will help elevate the team's capabilities and drive innovation in our analytics approach.
