You understand the recruiting landscape and are passionate about empowering recruiters to achieve their highest potential. Your management experience has equipped you with the skills to lead teams and foster a collaborative environment. You are data-driven, able to set metrics and standards that define success in partner relationships. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about the opportunity to shape a new function from the ground up.

What you'll do

As the Partner Success Lead, you will take the lead in establishing how the company supports and scales its recruiter ecosystem. You will own relationships with high-value recruiters and agencies, ensuring they are onboarded effectively and are productive in their roles. Your responsibilities will include building and refining playbooks, processes, and metrics that will define how Partner Success operates. You will start as an individual contributor, working directly with recruiters, and as the function grows, you will have the opportunity to hire and lead a team. Your role will be pivotal in transforming the hiring process and ensuring that recruiters can maximize their impact through the platform.
