Cohere is hiring a Partner Success Specialist to build and scale their global partnerships ecosystem in the Enterprise Generative AI space. You are an experienced professional with a strong background in partnership management and business development. You possess big-picture thinking skills and have a reliable business judgment that allows you to influence and drive strategic initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about the potential of Enterprise Generative AI. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to work with leadership to build and scale a global partnerships ecosystem.

You have a proven track record of building successful partnerships with consulting firms and hyperscalers. Your ability to define partner strategy and scale internal partner infrastructure is key to your success in this role. You are passionate about contributing to the widespread adoption of AI and are committed to delivering value to customers through innovative partnerships.

What you'll do

As a Partner Success Specialist at Cohere, you will collaborate closely with leadership to define and implement a partner strategy that aligns with the company's mission. You will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with consulting firms and hyperscalers, ensuring that these relationships drive value for both parties. Your role will involve scaling the internal partner infrastructure as Cohere continues to grow rapidly, requiring you to think strategically and execute effectively.

You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively will be essential as you navigate complex partnership dynamics. You will also be responsible for tracking the success of partnerships and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
