What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at LearnUpon, you will be responsible for triaging and responding to customer queries in a timely manner. Your focus will be on understanding the results customers seek from LearnUpon and how to help them discover the best solutions. You will work closely with the Priority team to manage a large group of customers at scale, ensuring that their experiences with our LMS are positive and impactful. You will also collaborate with various teams within the organization to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention.
