What you'll do
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our hosting services. You will handle inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring that each customer receives reliable and effective support. You will work closely with Level 2 support to resolve more complex issues and document your interactions in our CRM system, maintaining transparency and accuracy. Your role will also involve optimizing service processes and managing internal systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
