You have experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role, ideally within the IT or cloud hosting industry. You understand customer needs and can effectively communicate the value of products and solutions. You are proactive in identifying customer potential and initiating next steps to enhance their experience. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring efficient documentation in CRM and ticketing systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with client service delivery and marketing teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. You are eager to contribute to the future of the cloud and hosting world, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

What you'll do

In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries and leads from various channels, including website, chat, and phone. You will create offers and coordinate internal discussions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
