You have a strong commercial background and a strategic mindset, with a proven track record in sales. Your results-oriented approach drives you to exceed sales targets consistently, and you thrive in environments where you can take ownership of the sales process from start to finish. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients effectively. As a native Spanish speaker with a B2 level or higher in English, you can engage with a diverse clientele and adapt your communication style to meet their needs.
You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Your experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce equips you to manage customer relationships efficiently and track your sales performance. You understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that merchants feel supported throughout their journey with Teya.
What you'll do
As an Inside Sales Representative at Teya, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to merchant activation. You will reach out to entrepreneurs and businesses across Spain, inspiring them to modernize their payment acceptance methods with Teya's solutions. Your role involves managing negotiations, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth activation process. You will build lasting relationships with merchants, guiding them through the sales journey and communicating the value of Teya's offerings.
You will consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales objectives, collaborating closely with your colleagues to drive overall business growth. Your ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively will be crucial in converting leads into satisfied customers. You will also contribute to the team's success by sharing insights and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
