What you'll do

You will be responsible for creating quotes and preparing customer-specific documents, which requires attention to detail and accuracy. You will engage in both telephone and written communication with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Additionally, you will manage chat interactions and maintain ticketing systems to ensure timely responses to customer requests. Your collaboration with sales, technical teams, and customer care will be crucial in delivering exceptional service. You will also be tasked with providing reports and analyses to help improve sales processes and workflows.
