What you'll do

As a Sales Support Associate at MongoDB, you will provide essential front-line support to our rapidly-growing sales organization. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries and maintaining the health of our sales tools and systems. You will perform data maintenance and cleanup initiatives, such as managing account hierarchies and merging unnecessary accounts. You will also serve as the initial point of escalation for other Sales Support functions, assisting with case triage and resolution as needed. Your role will involve updating data, such as account and territory assignments, and activating new users within our systems. You will work closely with Account Executives, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that enhance their sales strategies.
