Leaseweb is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales of IaaS and Cloud solutions. You'll strategically target new clients and develop long-term relationships. This role requires over 10 years of sales experience and a strong network in relevant verticals.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an energetic and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of sales experience, particularly in acquiring new clients and transforming leads into long-term business relationships. Your proven ability to engage with clients and understand their needs makes you a valuable asset to any team. You possess a solid network of contacts in key verticals such as SaaS, Gaming & VFX, AdTech, Martech, MSPs, AI & Big Data, and e-Commerce. Your fluency in both French and English allows you to effectively support clients across Canada, including Quebec.
You have a strong understanding of the IaaS and Cloud ecosystems, and your experience in the technology industry is complemented by your ability to grasp complex technical concepts. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take initiative and demonstrate a high level of responsibility. Your natural ability to build new business relationships is matched by your commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Desirable
Experience with the IaaS & Cloud channel partner ecosystem is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to navigate the market effectively. A background in technology sales, particularly in sectors related to Cloud and SaaS, will further strengthen your candidacy. You are also comfortable working with SAP and have the legal authorization to work in Canada.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for selling Leaseweb's IaaS and Cloud solutions, focusing on developing the market by strategically targeting new clients. You will take charge of the commercial relationships and transactions with potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our internal support team once they become customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the solutions provided align with their business objectives. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Leaseweb's solutions effectively. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives that drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
