Overview

Moss is seeking a Director of Partnerships to transform their partnerships function into a major driver of growth. You'll lead a team of Partner Managers and design scalable partner programs. This role requires strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partnership management, with at least 5 years of experience in a strategic role. You understand the nuances of building and scaling partnerships across various ecosystems, including technology integrations and referral partners. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in coaching and inspiring teams to achieve their best performance. You are data-driven and can align partnership strategies with overall business goals, ensuring that every partnership contributes to growth.

Desirable

Experience in the finance or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with accounting or tax advisory services. You have a strong network of contacts within the industry and can leverage these relationships to create impactful partnerships. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and scale Moss' partnership strategy, focusing on creating a robust ecosystem that includes accounting and tax advisors, technology partners, and referral partners. You will lead a team of 6-8 Partner Managers, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your goal is to build a predictable partner-sourced revenue pipeline that aligns with sales efforts, ensuring seamless lead generation and conversion.

You will also be responsible for developing scalable partner programs that include clear incentives, onboarding processes, and enablement resources. This involves regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to help your team excel in their roles. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that partnerships play a pivotal role in Moss' growth trajectory.
