You are a talented sales professional with a strong interest in driving growth and scaling consumer sales efforts. You thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the world through your work. You have a knack for building trust with prospective clients and guiding them to the right coaching and educational resources that align with their ambitious goals.
You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable managing the entire sales lifecycle from sign-up to purchase. You are proactive in outreach and have experience developing a strong sales pipeline through various marketing channels. Your ability to foster a positive team culture and contribute to team success is essential in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through effective sales strategies. You will oversee the sales lifecycle for Leland clients, ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to booking courses and 1:1 coaching sessions. You will help build a robust sales pipeline through outreach and other marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
You will develop a deep understanding of the 30+ featured coaching categories on the Leland platform, enabling you to assist clients in finding the right experts and offerings that will help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will create winning playbooks, training materials, and resources to empower your team and enhance their success.
