What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct outreach to potential coaches via various channels, including email and LinkedIn, to recruit top talent for Leland's platform. You will experiment with new outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates, ensuring that the onboarding process is smooth and engaging for new coaches. You will manage relationships with coaches from the initial contact through to their launch on the platform, collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance their experience.
You will track progress and performance metrics, identifying successful recruiting tactics that can be scaled. Your contributions will directly impact Leland's mission to unlock human potential by making expertise more accessible.
