Overview

Lendable is hiring a Customer Operations Executive to manage customer queries related to auto finance products. You'll work closely with customers from the application stage through to support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

You have a strong customer service background and are passionate about helping customers navigate their auto finance options. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically allows you to build trust with customers, making their experience with Lendable a positive one.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. You understand the importance of technology in enhancing customer experience and are eager to leverage it to improve processes. You are a team player who collaborates well with colleagues across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with queries about their loans, credit cards, and auto finance products. You will guide customers through the application process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your role will involve working closely with the Auto-finance Team to ensure that customer needs are met and that feedback is communicated effectively to improve our services.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring that all queries are logged and followed up on in a timely manner. As part of your duties, you will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall enhancement of our customer service processes.
