Desirable

Experience in the automotive finance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with dealership operations. You may have a background in sales or account management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building long-lasting relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Lendbuzz's market reach by building and maintaining relationships with dealerships across the Harrisburg region. You will visit dealerships daily, connecting with partners and driving growth through effective sales strategies. Your hands-on engagement will allow you to understand the unique needs of each dealership and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

You will work closely with the field sales team to develop and implement strategies that enhance dealership partnerships and drive sales performance. Your commitment to delivering exceptional results will be key in achieving the company's growth objectives. You will also be expected to provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape future sales initiatives and improve overall performance.
