Your exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to engage effectively with a diverse array of auto dealerships, fostering strong relationships and collaboration. You are fluent in English and another language, such as Spanish or Portuguese, enabling you to connect with a multicultural clientele and enhance communication within the dealership community.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of our dealer partner network. Your ability to work closely with an Account Manager will be essential as you spearhead initiatives in education, prospecting, and dealer support. You understand the importance of brand visibility and are committed to fostering prosperity across our inclusive dealership community.

What you'll do

As a Dealership Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dealership partners. You will engage with dealerships to understand their needs and provide the necessary support to drive their success. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Account Manager to develop educational initiatives that empower dealerships to utilize our services effectively. You will also assist in prospecting new dealership partners and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive in a competitive market.
