What you'll do

As the Sales Director at Lendbuzz, you will own the state of North Carolina and South Carolina, leading the field sales efforts in these key markets. You will manage a team of Market Development Managers, guiding them in their efforts to expand dealer relationships and increase contract volume. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

You will be responsible for translating the national sales vision into actionable strategies that resonate with local markets.
