What you'll do

As the Sales Director at Lendbuzz, you will own the state of Illinois, leading your team of Market Development Managers to drive dealer growth and performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing localized sales strategies that align with our national vision, ensuring that your team is equipped to succeed in their respective territories. Coaching and mentoring your team will be a key part of your role, as you guide them in expanding their territories and building strong dealer relationships.

You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, translating insights into actionable strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing statewide dealer performance and profitability, ensuring that Lendbuzz remains a competitive player in the automotive finance sector. You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, playing a vital role in shaping the future of our sales efforts in one of our most important markets.
