You have a proven track record in marketing leadership, ideally with experience in journey marketing or customer experience strategies. Your ability to think boldly and take principled risks has driven successful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have experience in leveraging analytics to inform marketing strategies. You are passionate about creating meaningful connections with customers and enhancing their everyday lives through innovative solutions.

Your leadership style fosters an inclusive workplace where team members feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. What you'll do

As the VP of Journey Marketing at Life360, you will lead the marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company's mission of keeping families connected. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and enhance the overall customer journey.

You will be responsible for creating demand and converting that demand into lasting relationships with our members. This includes overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial in telling the Life360 story and demonstrating how our services can improve family life.
