What you'll do

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition Enablement, you will own and scale the engine behind Life360’s hiring. You will lead a small, high-impact coordination team and partner deeply with Talent Acquisition and the business to build systems that are both data-driven and candidate-first. Your role will involve analyzing current hiring processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance the overall recruitment experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team members and fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment on hiring needs and to develop a comprehensive understanding of the skills and qualities that contribute to success at Life360. Your insights will help shape the future of talent acquisition at the company, ensuring that Life360 continues to attract and retain top talent. You will also be involved in setting performance metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making adjustments as necessary to meet organizational goals.
