What you'll do
As a Senior Backend Engineer at LivePerson, you will take ownership of the design and implementation of key components of our next-generation bot runtime platform. You will collaborate closely with the Bots & Automation team to create solutions that enhance customer engagement through AI-driven interactions. Your role will involve leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
You will be responsible for architecting scalable backend services that can handle millions of conversational interactions each month — your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our Conversational Cloud. You will also mentor junior engineers, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers.
