As the executive sponsor on marquee digital transformation deals, you will navigate complex procurement hurdles and drive successful outcomes for your clients. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a relentless 'hunter' mindset across your team, ensuring they are equipped to tackle challenges and seize opportunities in the market.
You will elevate team performance through effective coaching and development, creating personalized growth tracks for high-potential employees.
