Who you are

You are a dynamic individual with high energy and drive, ready to take on the challenge of joining the Financial Markets Compliance sales team at NiCE. With a strong background in sales, you have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining individual sales plans that lead to significant business growth. You excel at uncovering and creating new opportunities for named accounts, and you thrive in environments where you can cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, especially at the C Suite level.

You have experience in consultative selling techniques, allowing you to align client needs with innovative solutions that address critical problems for Financial Services companies. Your ability to nurture existing relationships while actively identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities sets you apart as a leader in your field. You are ambitious and driven, always striving to exceed annual sales quotas and make a meaningful impact in your role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within a designated set of accounts or territory. You will focus on Communications Compliance, Communications Surveillance, Trade and Market Surveillance, and Compliance Archive, ensuring that you understand the unique needs of each client. Your day-to-day activities will involve prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing Enterprise SaaS deals, leveraging your strong relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

You will create and execute individual sales plans that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring that you uncover and create new opportunities for named accounts. Achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas will be a key measure of your success, and you will be expected to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with decision-makers in the C Suite and adjacent lines of business.

Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are tailored to address their specific challenges. You will be a key player in driving NiCE's presence across the region, actively identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
