What you'll do

As the Manager of the Search Engineering team, you will lead and support a globally distributed group of engineers. Your role involves coaching engineers, fostering collaboration, and setting clear expectations to ensure the team delivers high-quality features. You will partner closely with your team to design, build, and evolve reliable and scalable solutions that meet customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's success and ensuring that the core infrastructure and services behind Lucidworks' search and personalization platform are robust and efficient.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of tools that scale Fusion in the cloud, automate deployment and failure recovery, and improve service efficiency. Your technical expertise will guide the team in simplifying how internal teams interact with customer environments, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of search technology and ensuring that Lucidworks remains at the forefront of digital transformation.
