Lucidworks is seeking a Support Engineer for their technical support team. You'll leverage your experience to assist customers with search and browse technologies. This role is open to candidates in India and is currently an evergreen position.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in search technologies or related fields. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Your passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience is evident, as you balance technical expertise with empathy for the customerβs needs. You are adaptable and willing to participate in weekend on-call rotations as required.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the technical support team at Lucidworks, where you will assist customers in leveraging the company's suite of products to enhance their digital experiences. You will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their use of search and browse technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives within the team to enhance service delivery.
