You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with a strong operational muscle that allows you to build systems and run processes efficiently without slowing teams down. Your data-driven approach to recruiting means you use metrics to improve funnel performance and make informed decisions. You are familiar with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby, and have experience building lightweight, scalable recruiting workflows. Experience hiring in healthcare or enterprise software is a plus, as you understand the nuances of these industries and can adapt your strategies accordingly.

What you'll do

As the Head of Talent at Luminai, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our growth. You will develop and implement hiring strategies that align with our organizational goals, running full-cycle recruiting across various teams. Your role will involve evolving our hiring processes to ensure they are efficient and effective, allowing us to scale quickly while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with leadership to understand the talent needs of the organization and ensure that our recruiting efforts are aligned with our business objectives.
