Overview

Rundoo is seeking a Head of Talent to build and lead their talent function, enhancing employer branding and candidate experience. This role requires 6-10+ years of talent/recruiting experience, particularly in technical recruiting.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 6-10+ years of talent and recruiting experience, ideally with a background in fast-growing startups. Your expertise includes meaningful technical recruiting, particularly for senior or hard-to-fill roles. You possess strong judgment and calibration skills, knowing what 'exceptional' looks like in candidates. You are ready to start as a hands-on individual contributor and grow into a leadership role as the company scales. Your ability to elevate employer branding and candidate experience is crucial for attracting and closing top talent. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with hiring managers across departments to design and execute high-signal interview processes that uphold a high talent bar.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and own the talent function end-to-end, starting with hands-on recruiting and evolving into a leadership position. You will elevate Rundoo's employer brand and candidate experience, ensuring that the company consistently attracts and closes top talent. Collaborating with hiring managers across various departments, you will design and execute interview processes that are both effective and reflective of the company's high standards. As you grow into the Head of People role, you will eventually take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that it aligns with the mission of bringing modern technology to an overlooked industry.
