What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment coordination team at Lyft, focusing on transforming the coordination function into a strategic center of excellence. You will identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven processes to automate scheduling and communication, allowing your team to concentrate on delivering a world-class candidate experience. You will coach and develop your team, helping them transition from task-based work to strategic partnerships with recruiters and candidates.
