Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation or marketing roles, where you've successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer engagement. Your background includes working with diverse verticals such as healthcare, education, and transit, allowing you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors. You are skilled in synthesizing marketing insights to create compelling messaging that resonates with various customer segments. Your experience partnering with sales teams has equipped you with the ability to optimize the customer journey effectively.

You are proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are also comfortable managing substantial budgets and have experience working with agencies to scale marketing efforts.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus, as it allows you to integrate marketing efforts with sales processes seamlessly. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques will enhance your ability to nurture leads effectively. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating strategies and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define, own, and execute Lyft Business's end-to-end demand generation strategy across the customer lifecycle. This includes developing programs from awareness to nurture, activation, and upsell. You will partner with an agency to scale proven channels while building new capabilities to significantly increase lead volume and improve activation rates. Your responsibilities will involve synthesizing marketing insights to inform full-funnel creative and messaging that resonates across the customer journey.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on goals and optimize every touchpoint in the customer journey to drive leads and bookings. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will be responsible for managing a substantial paid media budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize returns.
