Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. You possess exceptional creative, strategic, and analytical skills that enable you to drive product vision and execution effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to achieve shared goals. You are entrepreneurial and passionate about innovating in a fast-paced industry, demonstrating a keen understanding of B2B and B2B2C product dynamics. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and prioritize features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Desirable
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with B2B product management. You have a track record of successfully launching products that meet user needs and align with business objectives. You are comfortable with A/B testing and user research methodologies, allowing you to iterate on product features based on user feedback and data analysis.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Lyft Pass product, which enables organizations to sponsor rides for their employees and customers. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and streamline operations. Your role will involve conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both organizations and riders. You will track key performance metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement.
What we offer
Lyft offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $160,000, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
