You have a proven track record of product management experience, ideally with 5+ years in a fast-paced environment where you've successfully driven product initiatives from conception to launch. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps. You possess exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure product success. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to create innovative solutions that meet user needs. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take ownership of projects and push boundaries in product development. You are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and understand the importance of stakeholder management in achieving product goals.

Desirable

Experience in B2B product management or transportation solutions is a plus. Familiarity with APIs, billing systems, and reporting tools will help you excel in this role. A background in user research and A/B testing will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions that improve product performance.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Lyft, you will lead the development of the Lyft Pass Product, a B2B2C solution that allows organizations to sponsor rides for their employees and customers. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Lyft's overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create a roadmap that delivers value to users. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities, as well as analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will manage the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, continuously iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
