Who you are
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in high-growth environments — you've successfully led recruiting operations and developed effective people processes that align with business goals. Your ability to thrive in ambiguity makes you a strong candidate for this role, as you are comfortable owning both strategy and execution. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with hiring managers across departments, especially in Sales, Product, and Operations. You understand the importance of candidate experience and are committed to improving it through innovative recruiting strategies. Your experience includes defining hiring criteria and standardizing interview processes, ensuring fairness and consistency in hiring practices.
Desirable
Experience in fintech or healthcare sectors would be a plus, as it aligns with Nitra's mission to build a more efficient healthcare system. Familiarity with machine learning technologies and their application in recruitment processes can set you apart. You are also adept at designing and implementing onboarding frameworks that help new hires ramp up quickly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Nitra, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruiting processes, from workforce planning to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to hit headcount targets and enhance the overall candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include developing sourcing strategies, designing interview processes, and coaching hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques. In addition, you will implement scalable onboarding frameworks that support new hires in their transition into the company.
