What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Malt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work through the design of our AI-agentic staffing experience. You will lead the design efforts for our platform, focusing on how businesses and freelancers connect through intelligent automation. Your responsibilities will include defining the strategy and core principles that govern our AI experience, ensuring that our solutions are not only effective but also user-friendly.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into intuitive, human-centered designs. This involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect our vision for an AI-driven staffing platform. You will also conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on your designs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users.

In addition to your design work, you will contribute to the overall product strategy by participating in brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
