Your ability to listen and understand client needs will be crucial in your role as a recruitment consultant. You are adaptable and ready to learn about various job categories, including IT, Digital, and Consulting.
What you'll do
As a Recruiter at Malt, you will play a vital role in the Sourcing or Project Partnering team. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify our clients' needs and identify the best freelancer profiles that match those needs. You will work closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to manage complex requests and ensure that clients receive the support they need in their recruitment efforts.
You will engage with clients daily, acting as the point of contact for assignments and helping them navigate the recruitment process. Your role will involve understanding the intricacies of various job categories and leveraging that knowledge to provide tailored solutions to clients. You will also collaborate with your team to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance client satisfaction.
