What you'll do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Pigment, you will lead the recruitment strategy for the go-to-market team, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored hiring plans. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
