Mark43 is hiring a Director of Account Management & Customer Experience to lead post-sale strategies for public safety agencies across the Eastern United States. This role focuses on customer success and requires strong leadership skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management and customer experience, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes leading teams and developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You understand the unique challenges faced by public safety agencies and are passionate about helping them succeed with technology solutions.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Your ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies is a key strength. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience managing teams across different locations.
What you'll do
As the Director of Account Management & Customer Experience, you will own the post-sale commercial strategy for Mark43’s customers in the Eastern United States. You will lead a team focused on ensuring that public safety agencies successfully adopt and expand their use of the Mark43 platform. Your responsibilities will include developing customer success initiatives, monitoring customer health metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. Your leadership will guide your team in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive value. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring that Mark43’s mission of empowering communities through technology is realized.
