You have over 6 years of experience in data infrastructure, leading teams and managing complex data platforms. Your technical depth allows you to mentor engineers effectively, ensuring they grow in their roles while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. You are skilled in agile methodologies and understand the importance of product thinking in infrastructure management. Your experience includes overseeing data lake operations and maintaining high uptime for critical systems. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data strategies that align with business goals.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with governance controls and compliance in data management. You have a strong understanding of data processing technologies and are comfortable working with vendors to optimize platform performance. What you'll do
As the Manager of Data Infrastructure, you will lead a team of 5-6 engineers, providing hands-on technical mentoring and performance management.
