You have a strong background in technical account management or a related field, with experience in managing customer relationships and providing technical support. What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Marqeta, you will be the primary technical contact for several strategically important customers, guiding them through the entire customer life cycle. You will analyze customer requirements and coordinate implementations to ensure their success. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key technical influencers at customer organizations, ensuring they understand Marqeta's technology and its strategic advantages.
