What you'll do
In this high-impact role, you will be the analytical cornerstone of Matillion's SaaS products, including the Data Productivity Cloud and Maia. You will lead efforts to measure, understand, and optimize product usage and adoption across the entire product suite. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends and insights that inform product strategy and development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into the product lifecycle.
As a Player-Coach, you will mentor your team, guiding them in best practices for analytics and helping them develop their skills. You will also be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the products, ensuring that the team is aligned on goals and objectives. Your work will directly influence product decisions, making you a key player in shaping the future of data engineering at Matillion.
